Unlike personnel services (temp agencies) who will send you whoever is available, often with no cleaning experience, we have certified professionals available to fill in right away who will get right to work without additional supervision required.
Since 2022 our Coast to Coast Hazmat program has been very popular with reclamation and other commercial clients. There are a myriad of complex regulations surrounding removal processes and most who need the service are unaware of what rules and regulations they could be running afoul of, leading to significant future expenses and time and work wasted because the removal job wasn't done right the first time. Poor planning in this realm could easily lead to 7-figure surprises when a deficiency is later discovered, requiring demo, cleanup, and redo.

This is a premium service and is billed at a premium rate, but it provides some of the best peace of mind available in the industry. We start with a comprehensive assessment conducted with independent industry experts to fully scope the project and requirements. From there we schedule accommodations and assignments for traveling regional crews skilled in the specific job requirements.
Due to how meticulously we conduct this process, most of our clients become repeat customers and say they wouldn't trust anyone else to vet and complete such critical work for them. To them it's worth paying a little more up front to sleep easy knowing it's handled.

Convenient Flat Rate Pricing
As long as you're within our service area, the following flat rate pricing will apply and includes full removal and disposal service (you don't have to lift a finger). Sales tax is built into our pricing for added convenience. We accept cash or credit card.
Standard Couch, Recliner, Mattress (with standard bed-frame): $200 ($50 surcharge for frames with headboard and footboard)
Refrigerator, Freezer, Washer, Drier, Dishwasher, or other similar-sized Appliance: $200 ($50 surcharge if elaborate plumbing removal is included)
Television (tube): $150 (32" and smaller), $250 (> 32")
Television (flat screen): $100 (40" and smaller), $150 (> 40")
Exercise Equipment: $200 for standard sized ($50 surcharge for extra large or extra heavy items)
Multi-Item Discount: Deduct $50 from the rate of each item if we are removing more than one from the list above.
You Pack, We-Haul Pricing
If you don't mind doing a little lifting and just want us to haul it away, this can lead to significant savings. We'll park a trailer by your door, you call us when it's full, and we haul it away. What could be easier?
First, review to the fees listed on the WLSSD Material Recover Center Page. These are the fees we have to pay to dispose of the items we haul away from you. You'll have to cover these costs as well as a 10% surcharge. Note that we don't qualify for "1 free per day" discounts. For example, WLSSD lets you recycle one microwave for free per day, but charges $5 for each one after that. Since yours won't be the only microwave we're bringing in that day, it won't be free.
4' by 4' Trailer: $150
