About PUMA Solutions

A waste removal business that behaves like a service business. That sounds obvious. In this industry it is not.

Our approach

We sell an outcome, not a container

Most haulers drop a box in your lot and vanish until the invoice arrives. When something goes wrong you enter a queue, explain the situation to a stranger, and hope.

We built the business around removing that experience. Every client — a homeowner with one couch or a restaurant group with fourteen locations — gets direct access to a named success manager who is always just a phone call away. No waiting on hold, no wasting your valuable time troubleshooting sanitation issues that are not your job to troubleshoot.

When an issue arises at a site, your manager connects with the local contractor on your behalf and drives it to resolution. No other waste management provider in this region offers that level of integration and service, and it is the single most common reason clients move to us and stay.

The rest follows from the same principle. Flat rates exist so you are not guessing. Disposal is shown at cost on trailer jobs so you can check the arithmetic. And when the cheaper option is the one that earns us less, we tell you about it anyway.

The PUMA Solutions team

Why voicemail happens

To keep rates competitive, our removal specialists all double as telephone operators. During peak hours your call may go straight to voicemail. Do not be alarmed — we are attentive, and in most cases we return the call within thirty minutes.

What we hold to

Four commitments, kept literally

Answer the phone

Or call back inside thirty minutes. The industry standard is a queue and a promise; ours is a person who already knows your account.

Quote what you will pay

Flat rates, published surcharges, disposal shown at cost. If a number is going to change, you hear it before the work happens, not on the invoice.

Sort before you tip

Metal to scrap, electronics to certified processing, mattresses to a dismantler where one exists. Landfill is the destination for what is genuinely left.

Recommend the cheaper option

If the you-pack trailer serves you better than a full-service haul, we say so, even though it earns us less. That is why the repeat rate is what it is.

Two-person specialist teams who also staff the phones during quiet hours — which is exactly why peak-hour calls sometimes hit voicemail.

Client feedback

In their words

A tenant left an entire apartment behind two days before a showing. PUMA had a crew and a trailer on site the next morning and the unit was broom-clean by 3pm. I have used them on six turnovers since.
MK Marissa KohlProperty manager, Duluth
We run three locations and used to juggle three different haulers with three different billing cycles. One call moved everything onto a single contract. My success manager answers on the second ring.
DP Dan PetrowskiRestaurant owner, Superior WI
I needed a sleeper sofa and an old chest freezer gone. Quoted $350 on the phone, paid $350 at the door, and they took their boots off in the hallway without being asked.
EV Ellen VasquezHomeowner, Hermantown
Our overnight cleaner quit with no notice. They had two certified people covering the shift within 36 hours and neither needed hand-holding. That is not something a temp agency can do.
CL Chris LindgrenFacilities lead, Cloquet
The you-pack trailer saved my sellers about six hundred dollars versus a full-service haul. They filled it over a long weekend and PUMA collected it Monday.
BR Bethany RuudRealtor, Two Harbors
Called at 4pm expecting voicemail tag for a week. Got a callback in twenty minutes and a garage full of junk gone on Thursday. Straightforward pricing, no upsell.
