We are attentive to the queue and in the overwhelming majority of cases return calls within 30 minutes. Leaving your name, your ZIP code and a one-line description of the job gets you a firm quote faster.
We cannot accept hazardous waste: paints and solvents, motor oil, pesticides, asbestos-containing material, medical sharps, propane tanks or ammunition. Those need a household hazardous waste facility. If you are not sure about an item, call and describe it — we would far rather answer the question than leave you with a surprise on collection day.
Most residential jobs inside the core service area are collected within the same week, and we frequently manage next-day for single items. Commercial accounts on a scheduled contract keep a fixed collection day. Larger cleanouts are booked after a short walkthrough — usually within seven to ten days.
